REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Wigs are considered intimate items, and for this reason, we cannot restock or resell them once they have been purchased, even if unworn. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the health, safety, and integrity of our products for our customers. We only accept refunds, exchanges and returns in cases where we are at fault. e.g incorrect address or defective product.

Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. This includes wig style and length, Cap size, Lace type, and shipping address. We are not responsible for any errors made during checkout.

Quality Assurance: Each wig is thoroughly inspected and styled before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. We document each order before it leaves our facility to maintain quality control.

Damages or Defects: If your item arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will do our best to resolve the issue appropriately if we are at fault.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including proof of order fulfillment and our stated policies.
