1. What is the processing Time for Ready-to-Ship Wigs? Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding holidays) for processing before your order is shipped, while stock lasts.
2. What is the processing Time for Custom wigs? Kindly allow up to 28 business days (Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding holidays) for processing before your order is shipped.
3. What is the processing Time for Bundles and closures (on hand)? Kindly allow between 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding holidays) for processing before your order is shipped.
4. What is the processing time for Bundles and closures (Custom orders)? Kindly allow up to 21 business days (Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding holidays) for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping take additional 3-5 business days.
5. What is the processing time for “Provide your hair” services? Please allow 5 working days after we receive your hair. Shipping will take an additional 3-5 business days.
Note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We will always communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping Time and Rates: Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method chosen at checkout.
Estimated shipping time: Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
International Shipping: Standard International: 7-14 business days (depending on destination) Express International: 3-7 business days.Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Signature Requirement: All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure arrival. If you miss your delivery, please follow your courier’s instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to update your shipping information, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please get in touch with the postal service directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
International Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price of the wig or shipping fees. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.
